In Brief
An interlinked tale of three women, all set in different times and all dealing with depression and suicide. Whilst Virginia Woolf struggles to write her novel 'Mrs Dalloway', Laura Brown (Julianne Moore), cannot stop reading it, whilst in the future, Clarissa Vaughan (Meryl Streep) is reintroduced to an old flame who used to call her Mrs Dalloway.
